Triage Engagement Worker – Employment & Skills

As the Triage Engagement Worker within the Employment and Skills team, you will be responsible for contacting all incoming referrals, assessing suitability and signposting to the most appropriate provision.

 

Additionally, there will be a responsibility to engage with services that refer into us and reach out to new projects and provisions to form working relationships that allow us to refer out and build a greater understanding of current provision within the County.

 

Finally, the role will have responsibility to ensure that in-work referrals who express interest in our Adult Employability Courses will be suitably enrolled onto courses.

Hours: 22 Per Week (Pro-rata) – (no evenings and weekends)

Location: County Hall, Usk
