Registering

Before using one of the vehicles you will need to register. To do so, bring some ID (utility bill or photo ID) with you on your first visit. You will be asked a few questions and will need to fill in a form. You will then be shown how to use the vehicles and will be given help in choosing the best vehicle to suit your needs. Finally you will be given full instructions to ensure that you are comfortable with the vehicle and confident of the controls. On average the whole process takes around 20 minutes.

If you require a key for the disabled toilet, please call into your nearest community hub, keys are given at a £5 charge.
