- The ‘People Scrutiny Committee’ engages the public in the design of policy and services that affect people, reflecting the public voice to the Cabinet in advance of decisions being taken.
This committee is a vehicle through which the public can voice their opinion on major decisions, to assist the committee in drawing its conclusions and making recommendations to the Cabinet.
Members engage with their communities by holding informal face-to-face meetings in the community or conducting surveys in their local area.
