Open the Alexa app and in the skills & games option search for Monmouthshire, where you will find the Monmouthshire Council Skill, select the skill and enable it.

To launch the skill say ‘Alexa open Monmouthshire Council’.  You can now use your Alexa to ask about your bin collection date.
