Ideally properties will be unfurnished. However, partly, or fully furnished properties may be considered. 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom flats, houses or bungalows in all areas of Monmouthshire are required.
Monmouthshire Letting Service will pay competitive rates for your property, depending on location, condition, and demand. These rents are guaranteed even if your property is unoccupied so there is no need for costly rent guarantee insurance.
