Youth Support Worker
Do you hold the Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice and are registered with the
EWC as a Youth Support Worker? If you are looking to develop your skills and
experience working with young people, as a Youth Support Worker you will be supported
as a member of the Youth and Community Team within MonLife to work with young
people to facilitate their personal, social and educational development. As part of a team,
you will prepare, plan and deliver youth work to young people in Monmouthshire to enable
them to develop holistically, and help to enable them to develop their voice, influence
and place in society and to reach their full potential.

Hours: Flexible shift patterns, weekdays, for a minimum of 16 hours up to 37 hours per week to meet the needs of young people and the Service. Maximum of 3 evenings a week.
Location: Base to be agreed which may include, Abergavenny, Usk, Caldicot or Monmouth which may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate.
