  • Thehideout.org.uk (http://thehideout.org.uk/) – A young people’s space to understand domestic abuse and how to take positive action if it’s happening (you can hide the webpage).

  • Meiccymru (https://www.meiccymru.org/) – Information, advocacy and advice for young people. Phone 080880 23456.
  • Samaritans  – Whatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. They’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 116 123 for free. 
  • Shout (https://www.giveusashout.org/) – The UK’s first free 24/7 text service for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope. If you need immediate help text Shout to 85258.
  • Papyrus/Hopeline (https://papyrus-uk.org/get-in-touch/) – For young people at risk of suicide, the organisation offers help, advice and resources via website, phone, text and email. Phone 0800 068 4141.
