Llanvair Farm forms part of the Monmouthshire County Council County Farms Estate and this letting gives the opportunity for a Tenant farmer to take on an approximate 72.70 acre small holding.

This letting opportunity will be available to all, therefore, new entrants to farming, first-time Council tenants and existing County Council tenants looking to consolidate and further develop their business. New applicants to farming will be considered but will be expected to demonstrate sufficient capital resources to be able to establish their business without significant off-farm employment.

Llanvair Farm is being let on a 5 year FBT and comprises a three-bedroom farmhouse, a range of buildings and land extending to approximately 72.70 acres (29.42 ha), available as a whole as shown edged red on the attached plan and set out in the schedule appendix hereto.

VIEWINGS

Two viewing days will take place on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 from 10 am to 3 pm and Thursday 31st October 2024 from 10 am to 3 pm for pro-spective tenants to view the farmhouse, buildings, and land.

APPLICATIONS

Llanvair Farm is available to let as a whole by way of Informal Tender. All applications should be submitted in writing on the prescribed tender form and returned in an envelope to Bruton Knowles, Olympus House, Olympus Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2 4NF no later than 12 Noon on Thursday 14th November 2024 marked “Strictly Private and Confidential” with the reference: “Llanvair Farm Tender”.
