Our colleagues in the Employment and Skills team work with local businesses and can support them with job vacancies and training. The Employment and Skills team collaborate with local businesses and employers to discover potential job opportunities throughout Monmouthshire. They offer various forms of support, including attending local business events to understand and assist with local requirements. They provide tailored training programs to meet the needs of current job vacancies, such as CSCS Labouring and SIA Door Supervisors. Additionally, they offer fully funded training to small businesses, covering essential areas such as Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Alcohol Personal License Holders (APLH). Moreover, they organise jobs fairs and networking events to actively promote local vacancies across the region, fostering connections between job seekers and employers in Monmouthshire.
