Compass – Youth Homelessness Support & Prevention

Compass aims to identify and support young people aged 11-25 that are struggling with their emotional well-being, at risk of homelessness or have become homeless.

We offer support with:

  • Mental & Emotional Well-Being & Issue-Based support
  • Homelessness Prevention/Early Identification
  • Mentoring/Advocacy
  • Independent Living Skills
  • Support in School
  • Managing Finances
  • Employment Support
  • Work in partnership with Schools, Health Services, Children’s Services, etc
