COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This term the students have requested to include, basic wiring skills buttonholes and corsages, hand tied designs, a modern design with leaf manipulation. We will be including a floral interpretation of a chosen subject and we will end the course just before Christmas, so will be including a Christmas wreath and Christmas table designs.

Many levels of skill are catered for, from complete beginners to students who have attended many courses and have developed proficient skills.

Floristry is an inclusive group of enthusiastic and friendly students which is varied and fun.

PRE-REQUISITES:

A love of arranging flowers and the enthusiasm to learn.

 OUTCOMES:

To develop floristry skills, your confidence and broaden you friendship group.

ANY MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED BY STUDENTS:

Students are required to bring scissors and all materials required to each lesson, a demonstration of the floral design and a list of items required will be given in class for the following week.

Students to purchase their own materials.  Tutor will supply wire and cellophane at a cost of £2 (paid cash to tutor on day).
