COURSE DESCRIPTION:

We meet on Monday mornings for a two-hour session of reading, writing, talking about writing, giving feedback to each other on our work and using prompts to develop new ideas. Whether you would like to write autobiography; short stories; work on a novel; write poetry, play scripts or anything else, you will be welcome. Some of the group have been writing for a few years, some are complete beginners. If you would like to spend time writing, we would be happy to meet you,

PRE-REQUISITES:

Pen/Notebook

OUTCOMES:

Finished pieces of work in format/genre chosen by student (short story/play script/poetry/novel).

ANY MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED BY STUDENTS:

Laptop and printer at home would be useful, but work can be printed out at the Usk Hub if necessary.
