Building Clerk of Works
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Landlord Services Team
for a Building Clerk of Works. The successful candidate will report to
the Design Manager and work alongside the existing team with
responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the safe, successful, and
technically compliant delivery of construction and maintenance works
on site, on behalf of MCC and its Partners in accordance with each
project’s contractual requirements, ensuring the delivery of effective
and efficient building design, inspection, repair, and improvement of
building services, for the Council and external clients
