When you submit a planning application, you will be allocated a case officer and we aim to contact you within two weeks of submission to outline whether we have all the information required for us to determine your application. We will write to you if we require any further information.

Once the application is valid and we have all the information we need we will write to you and provide you with the date when we aim to issue a decision. This will normally be about 8 weeks (dependent on type of application) from the submission of a valid planning application. Do you want a quick decision?
