Monmouthshire County Council is able to offer financial assistance to Owners and Landlords / Developers of empty properties to help them with any refurbishment work required to bring properties back into use.

The assistance takes the form of interest free loans and is available through the Welsh Government’s Houses to Homes (H2H) initiative. The loans can also be used for commercial properties that are converted into residential use. Properties must be empty for a minimum of 6 months. Please click here for more details.
