Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) – Update October 2024

Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) is consulting on its Deposit Plan, together with the supporting Integrated Sustainability Appraisal Report and Habitats Regulations Assessment. The Deposit Plan was endorsed for statutory public consultation/engagement at the Council meeting on 24^th October 2024. The Deposit Plan, Integrated Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment along with the supporting documents are available for public consultation from Monday 4^th November 2024 to Monday 16^th December 2024. A revised Delivery Agreement was agreed by Welsh Government on 25^th October 2024 which sets out the amended timetable for plan preparation.
