The printed version of the Monmouthshire Local Development Plan (February 2014), including the LDP proposals and constraints maps is the legally adopted development plan for Monmouthshire. These printed definitive maps should be consulted in any cases of doubt and will take precedent should any differences occur. In addition, it should be noted that the area within Monmouthshire that lies within the Brecon Beacons National Park is subject to a separate development plan that is the responsibility of the National Park Authority.
