Following a meeting on 19 September, the People Scrutiny Committee referred the Cabinet’s proposed changes to Home to School Transport back to the Cabinet to look again at the effectiveness of the procedure by which it had undertaken this year’s consultation. The committee did not comment on any other aspect of the report presented to the Cabinet at its meeting on 11 September or on any of its recommendations. 

Following a Cabinet meeting on 25 September 2024, Cabinet Members agreed to the recommendations in the Cabinet Report.
