Performance Analyst

The Council is committed to continuously improving how we work aligned to a clear
purpose and strong values. Our performance management arrangements are central to
this. This new position is part of a small, but growing, Performance and Data Insight
Team, to support the continued development of conditions for high performance in the
Council.
You will work across all aspects of our performance management framework including
business planning, performance measurement, risk management and regulation. You
will work on projects that impact on the full range of Council Service areas, working with
people across the organistaion. The role is varied, the context challenging and the
opportunities are numerous.
Existing performance management knowledge is desirable but not essential. We are
looking for someone with the skills and attitude to succeed in the role, and with the
appetite to grow and develop with us to support us to manage and evaluate
performance. We will invest in your development and we expect you to use your skills to
make a significant contribution to helping us achieve our purpose.
