Safer Monmouthshire

We want to make sure Monmouthshire residents love living here and we want to help residents embrace the chance to engage with their community in a safe and kind way.

This summer we are looking to make sure all Monmouthshire residents of any age and background can feel like they can be safe, be kind to one another and have fun.

  • In the lead up to summer the Mon Life Youth Service will be going into schools with fun games and activities to celebrate all their efforts that school year, we will be letting young people know that there is a lot of services available to them over the summer and how they can access them, should they need it.
  • Playing games outside? Think about the other people around you
  • Not all games are a nuisance – stop and think, are they being anti-social? or are they just being social.
  • All types of language are important – Think about your body language, think about your verbal language.
